What these numbers include (and don’t).

Pay totals in HourMark are estimated gross pay only. They do not include taxes, withholdings, benefits, or other paycheck deductions.

What the numbers mean

Hours are based on your punches minus unpaid breaks/lunch you record.
Overtime is calculated as hours over 40 in the pay period you selected, at time-and-a-half of the hourly rate you set (unless we later add custom rules).
Extra pay is only amounts you enter when you clock out (or on a past shift).
Total = regular pay + overtime pay + extra pay you entered.

What this is not

Not your employer’s official timekeeping or payroll.
Not a guarantee of wages owed.
Not tax, legal, or employment advice.
Not a substitute for your pay stub or W-2.

Your responsibility

Compare estimates to your pay stubs. Workplace rules (daily OT, seventh-day rules, extra pay, paid vs unpaid breaks) vary. If something looks wrong, check your punches and settings first, then your employer’s policy.
